Board Certified Internal and Holistic Medicine Physician with special interest in adult and geriatric medicine. Dr. Charles Gambino has been in private practice since 1994. Dr. Gambino earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University and his medical degree of Osteopathic Medicine at New York Institute of Technology, College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Samantha Ferazzoli, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C
Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with special interest in gerontology. Mrs. Ferazzoli earned her Master of Science as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook University. Mrs. Ferazzoli has six years experience as a Registered Nurse. Samantha Ferazzoli obtained her Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher College in Rochester. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Dr. Roller obtained a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University, Master's degree and ANP certificate from Adelphi University, a BSN from the State University of NY, a B.A. in Sociology, Marymount Manhattan College, NY, and a RN diploma from Lenox Hill Hospital School of Nursing.
